In group therapy, you will learn strategies and techniques to cope with various life challenges that come your way. Such as; depressive thoughts, worries, and family life challenges. In each session, you will learn specific skills to cope with and manage difficulties in a supportive, non-judgmental space. You will have the support from a Black Therapist and others to guide and provide you with a sense of hope—as a result of feeling in control of your own mental wellness.
